Simple sequence (10 minutes)

  1. Cat-Cow (1–2 minutes)
  2. Standing Forward Fold with soft knees (1 minute)
  3. Lunge with quad stretch (each side 1 minute)
  4. Seated forward fold (2 minutes)

Tips

Move slowly, breathe into sensations, and avoid forcing any shape. Use props for support.
